What to do in case of a customs hold?
When the customer goes to Aangifte punt Schiphol (Maritieme Zaken) for the clearing of the container, Customs will let the customer know that the container has been selected for Fyco. The customer will get a Fyco-number and the customer will need to inform the shipping line of the customs hold and the Fyco-number. The shipping line will let ACT know and ACT will confer with Regiekamer Schiphol to arrange the Fyco.
