Customs

The Amsterdam Container Terminal is the first international terminal where Inbound and Outbound processing of traffic is not interrupted by human intervention. Customs will select trucks for [document] inspection on a random basis as well as based on container and cargo information.

ACT is the first terminal to be awarded the full RTO license. This privilege permits many advantages for ACT customers such as the 'paperless/ manual-less' process, while placing a number of stringent requirements on ACT for physical inspection.
