Welcome to Amsterdam Container Terminals Customer Support. Here we provide you with access to our terminal management system, EDI capabilities & methods, status information and information on currently present dangerous goods.
All displayed data is taken from our realtime database, with a delay of max. 30m for transferral of the data to our website environment (for security reasons). Realtime access is possible via our web tools "WebAccess" and "WebForms".

Schedules : Initially all voyages (vessel, barge & rail) are shown that are yet to arrive or depart. You can display already departed voyages by checking the appropriate check box.

Truck Turn Times : performance statistics on our Gate.

WebAccess : Realtime schedules, load/discharge lists, releases, and a powerful reporting tool that allows you to generate a report and export the data straight into Excel. Each line has its own Local Administrator who assigns user accounts to his/her colleagues.

WebForms : Our Terminal Operating System made accessible over the Internet. Very powerful but we only provide this access in specific cases that cannot be addrewssed through WebAccess.
